These remote control sets allow:

- to replace an existing remote control ie an access portal or a garage door,

- to implement a new remote control

Power supply

The receiver is powered on pins 3 and 4 by 24V DC/AC.

The contacts can act according of 3 modes:

1° Push button mode (PB): the  contact is closed as long as the user presses the key button (button A, B, C or D).

2° Toggle mode (Toggle): a press on the key button closes the contact, the next press releases the (button A, B, C or D).

3° On-Off mode (On-Off): a  press on one key button closes the contact, a press on another key button releases the contact (A=On,B=Off or C=On,D=Off).

The receiver gives four free of potential contacts:

The

1° on pins 1 and 2 for keys button A (in PB and Toggle modes).

2° on pins 5 and 6 for keys button B (in PB and Toggle modes).

3° on pins 7 and 8 for keys button C (in PB and Toggle modes).

4° on pins 9 and 10 for keys button D (in PB and Toggle modes).

In On-Off mode, only 2 contacts are available:

- contact 1° activated by keys button A and released by keys button B,

- contact 3° activated by keys button C and released by keys button D.

It is not possible to mix `the modes on a receiver! All the contacts must have the same mode.

 key button(s) to use as well as the mode to use must be indicated when ordering.

The keys are registered in the receiver.

4 keys are joined with every receiver.

At least 20 keys can be registered in  each receiver (the max number is not yet known...)

The same keys can be registered on several receivers.

One E20509 receiver  for portal, PB mode, channel A.

One E20509 receiver  for garage door, PB mode, channel B.

6 keys registered on both receivers.

2 keys registered only on the portal receiver.

The 8 keys will manage the portal, 2 will manage only the portal.

Remarks

Every new key has to be registered on the receiver(s).

The lack of a key needs to deregister all the keys and to re-register the remaining keys.
