The CuwinHammam allows you to
The user interface is a 7 inches or 10 inches color touch display. The display can be waterproof.
The CuwinHammam has been designed to control and manage a complete hammam implementation but it can easily be adapted to more simple implementation in setting the non-existing peripherals in th OFF mode.
CuwinHammam content: The CuwinHammam is made of 2 units:
The user interface unit can be located closed to the hammam or on the reception desk, ie on a wellnes center reception desk. This is the reason why every of the 8 peripheral control possibilities - seat heating, steam, essence, ventilation, light, colour, fountain and music - are composed of:
This allows a complete hammam state overview without having to see the hammam.
The control unit will be located in the electric box close to the hammam. The link between the 2 units is a 4 wires rs485 link (in addition to the 24V coming from the electric box).
The user interface unit constantly sends relays commands. For security reasons, if the control unit no longer receives relays commands for 5 seconds, all relays will turn to off state.
A personalization of the installation can be done.

The CuwinHammam has 4 operation modes:
1) AUTO (on and off depending of the 2 time slots - among 6 - allocated to every week day) This operation is the more complete mode at your disposal. The user interface display shows:

Cabine Temperature: 2 boxes:
Seat Temperature: 2 boxes:
If seat heating is OFF or if the seat temperature sensor is not wired (no seat heater) the seat heating part is deactivated and the display is modified:
White box giving the date: This box gives the actual date. It can be modified in pressing on that box.
White box giving the time: This box gives the actual time. It can be modified in pressing on that box. The summer time, winter time update is part of the Wndows CE6 operating system.
Config button: This button allows the modification of a set of parameters:
All these parameters are stored (as well as others) and will be restored in case of power fail.
Auto 1 and Auto 2 white boxes: If time slots have been allocated to the current day of week, they will appear here. When the actual time is within one of those 2 possible time slots, the hammam will be functioning. The time slots can be defined and allocated in pressing on the clock picture:
One can define a time slot in pressing either on the ON box or on the OFF box of the choosen time slot then define the time slot and allocate it to the desired day(s).
Seat Heat button: This button manages the seat heating. It can be:
If the seat heater is realy on (seat too cold), the next box will display a 1 on a green background, otherwise, il will display a 0 on a grey background. The seat heating will only be functioning if the hammam is in action and if the cabine temperature is lower than the seat targeted temperature.
Steam button: This button manages the steam generation. It can be:
If the steam generator is realy on (cabine temperature too low), the next box will display a 1 on a green background, otherwise, il will display a 0 on a grey background. The steam generation will only be functioning if the hammam is in action.
Essence button: This button manages the essence injection. It can be:
If the essence injection is realy on (cabine temperature too low), the next box will display a 1 on a green background, otherwise, il will display a 0 on a grey background. The essence injection will only be functioning if the hammam is in action.
Ventilation button: This button manages the ventilation. It can be:
If the ventilation is realy on, the next box will display a 1 on a green background, otherwise, il will display a 0 on a grey background. The essence injection in AUTO mode will be functioning if the hammam is in action and during the ventilation post on time as defined in the config parameters.
Light button: This button manages the light. It can be:
If the light is realy on, the next box will display a 1 on a green background, otherwise, il will display a 0 on a grey background. The light in AUTO mode will be functioning if the hammam is in action and during the ventilation post on time as defined in the config parameters in generating an intense white light, indicating to the users that it is time to leave he hammam.
Color button: In association with the light button, this button manages the light color. Pressing on that button, a new display appears:
The actual choice is flashing and we can modify the light color:
It is possible to define our own color either in moving the cursors or in pressing on the percentage buttons and modifying them. The big spot in the lower left corner shows the generated color which is also generated in the hammam. In this case the box closed to the button will display P on a dark blue background. The next box will display the real generated color, except for Fibonacci where it will display Fib on a dark blue background.
Fountain button: This button manages the fountain. It can be:
If the fountain is realy on, the next box will display a 1 on a green background, otherwise, il will display a 0 on a grey background. The fountain will only be functioning if the hammam is in action.
Music button: This button manages the fountain. It can be:
If the music is realy on, the next box will display a 1 on a green background, otherwise, il will display a 0 on a grey background. The fountain will only be functioning if the hammam is in action.
AUTO button: This button in the low center part of the display manages the hammam operation. The small rectangular box just above it gives the real state of the hammam.
In AUTO mode, the hammam is only functioning if the actual time is in one of the time slots allocated to the current day of week.
2) MAN (on and off manually or depending of 2 time slots): This mode has less possibilities than the AUTO mode. The mode indicator box will display MAN on a light green background. The user interface display shows:
In the MAN mode, if no time slot is defined, the hammam goes on as soon as the MAN mode is selected is stays on as long as it is not switched in OFF mode or as long as it has not been active for 12 hours. Man 1 and/or Man 2 est are defined in pressing on the white boxes. If at least one time slot is defined the hammam will only turn on if the actual time is within the defined time slot(s). Otherwise, everything is acting same as for the AUTO mode.
3) Remote (remote on and off command): In this mode, the on-off action is controlled by a voltage-free contact, ie by the use of an OctoGSM. The mode indicator box will display Remote on a light green background. The user interface display shows:
In the Remote mode, the hammam goes on as soon as the Remote input is short-circuited and stays on as long as it is not released or as long as it has not been active for 12 hours. There are no time slots available in Remote mode. Otherwise, everything is acting same as for the MAN mode.
4) OFF (déclenchement): In the OFF mode, the hammam is stopped. The mode indicator box will display OFF on a red background. The user interface display shows:
When the hammam enters the OFF mode after having been ON, the light and the ventilation become ON during the ventilation post on time as defined in the configuration.
Les Alarmes: 3 alarms are implemented:
The first 2 alarms are available on voltage-free contacts, allowing to transmit them, ie with an OctoGSM. When an alarm occurs, the hammam in turned OFF, one message blinks on the display and the problem must be solved before using the hammam again:
