Hammam control and management set

 

 

The CuwinHammam allows you to

configure and manage a hammam:

configure and manage the seat temperature,

bullet

configure and manage the hammam temperature,

bullet

configure and manage the essence injection,

bullet

configure and manage the ventilation,

bullet

configure and manage the music play,

bullet

configure and manage a fontain,

bullet

configure and manage the ambiance light generated by RGB leds ribbons with:

bullet

choice of one of the 12 colors of the lighttherapy,

bullet

automatic color rotation allowing to randomly change the color (either one of the 12 ligththerapy colors or the personal color and the Fibonacci sequence in addition of those 12 colors) at a predetermined time rotation adjustable in the config menu,

bullet

choice of a personal color,

bullet

choice of the Fibonacci sequence which is faster and faster clockwise change of the lighttherapy colors in accordance with the Fibonnaci sequence.

bullet

configure 6 time slots, 2 of those time slots can be allocated to every day of the week,

bullet

etc

 

The user interface is a 7 inches or 10 inches color touch display. The display can be waterproof.

 

The CuwinHammam has been designed to control and manage a complete hammam implementation but it can easily be adapted to more simple implementation in setting the non-existing peripherals in th OFF mode.

 

 

CuwinHammam content:

The CuwinHammam is made of 2 units:

one user interface unit which is an embedded computer with a communication interface,

bullet

one control unit which consists of an ACC4I9O3TRH, an  ACC3PwmMod and optionaly an OctoGSM222D.

 

The user interface unit can be located closed to the hammam or on the reception desk, ie on a wellnes center reception desk. This is the reason why every of the 8 peripheral control possibilities - seat heating, steam, essence, ventilation, light, colour, fountain and music - are composed of:

One action button,

One desired state indicator closed to the button,

bullet

One real state indicator closed to the desired state indicator.

This allows a complete hammam state overview without having to see the hammam.

 

The control unit will be located in the electric box close to the hammam.

The link between the 2 units is a 4 wires rs485 link (in addition to the 24V coming from the electric box).

 

The user interface unit constantly sends relays commands. For security reasons, if the control unit no longer receives relays commands for 5 seconds, all relays will turn to off state.

 

A personalization of the installation can be done.

 

 

The CuwinHamma operation modes:

 

The CuwinHammam has 4 operation modes:

 

1) AUTO (on and off depending of the 2 time slots - among 6 - allocated to every week day)

This operation is the more complete mode at your disposal.

The user interface display shows:

 

We will give details on that mode and compare the other modes to this one.

 

Cabine Temperature:

2 boxes:

Actual which gives the temperature measured in the cabine.

bullet

Targeted which gives the desired temperature in the cabine. A press on this box allows us to enter the desired temperature with a precizion to the tenth of °C.

 

Seat Temperature:

2 boxes:

Actual which gives the temperature measured in the seat

bullet

Targeted which gives the desired temperature in the seat. A press on this box allows us to enter the desired temperature with a precizion to the tenth of °C..

If seat heating is OFF or if the seat temperature sensor is not wired (no seat heater) the seat heating part is deactivated and the display is modified:

 

White box giving the date:

This box gives the actual date. It can be modified in pressing on that box.

 

White box giving the time:

This box gives the actual time. It can be modified in pressing on that box. The summer time, winter time update is part of the Wndows CE6 operating system.

 

Config button:

This button allows the modification of a set of parameters:

Dela T Cabine for seat heating: the accepted temperature difference for the seat. Is used when seat heating is enabled, ie seat heating is AUTO and hammam is in action (Remote mode, MAN mode without defined time slot or MAN mode or AUTO mode with defined time slot).

Color Rotation Change Time: the time for each colour in automatic rotation mode. Is used when light is enabled ie light in AUTO mode and hammam is in action (Remote mode, MAN mode without defined time slot or MAN mode or AUTO mode with defined time slot) and color in automatic rotation mode.

bullet

Add Fibonacci and Perso to Color Rotation: allows to add or not the personal color as well as the Fibonacci sequence to the 12 colors of the lighttherapy color cercle.

Ventil Auto OFF time: ventilation OFF time during AUTO sequence.

bullet

Ventil Auto ON time: ventilation ON time during AUTO sequence.

bullet

Ventil Post ON time: ventilation ON time when the hammam stops. During this ventilation post ON time, the high intensity white light is ON, telling users to leave the hammam.

Essence Auto OFF time: odoriferous essence injection OFF time during AUTO sequence.

bullet

Essence Auto ON time: odoriferous essence injection ON time during AUTO sequence.

bullet

Essence Man ON time: odoriferous essence injection ON time when pressing on the essence button.

These 3 last parameters are used when essence injection is in AUTO mode and hammam is in action (Remote mode, MAN mode without defined time slot or MAN mode or AUTO mode with defined time slot). If the essence injection mode is in MAN mode, there is no automatic essence injection, but a press on the essence button will inject essence for the Essence Man ON Time duration.

Language: the display language. Actualy french, english and german.

All these parameters are stored (as well as others) and will be restored in case of power fail.

 

Auto 1 and Auto 2 white boxes:

If time slots have been allocated to the current day of week, they will appear here. When the actual time is within one of those 2 possible time slots, the hammam will be functioning.

The time slots can be defined and allocated in pressing on the clock picture:

 

One can define a time slot in pressing either on the ON box or on the OFF box of the choosen time slot then define the time slot and allocate it to the desired day(s).

 

Seat Heat button:

This button manages the seat heating. It can be:

OFF: no seat heating. In this case, the box closed to the button will display a 0 on a red background.

bullet

AUTO: seat heating activated. In this case, the box closed to the button will display a 1 on a dark blue background.

If the seat heater is realy on (seat too cold), the next box will display a 1 on a green background, otherwise, il will display a 0 on a grey background.

The seat heating will only be functioning if the hammam is in action and if the cabine temperature is lower than the seat targeted temperature.

 

Steam button:

This button manages the steam generation. It can be:

OFF: no steam generated. In this case, the box closed to the button will display a 0 on a red background.

bullet

AUTO: steam generator activated. In this case, the box closed to the button will display a 1 on a dark blue background.

If the steam generator is realy on (cabine temperature too low), the next box will display a 1 on a green background, otherwise, il will display a 0 on a grey background.

The steam generation will only be functioning if the hammam is in action.

 

Essence button:

This button manages the essence injection. It can be:

MAN: essence injection only on user demand by pressing on a button. In this case, the box closed to the button will display a M on a light green background.

bullet

OFF: no injection. In this case, the box closed to the button will display a 0 on a red background.

bullet

AUTO: automatic injection as defined in the config parameters as well as when pressing on a button. In this case, the box closed to the button will display a A on a dark blue background.

If the essence injection is realy on (cabine temperature too low), the next box  will display a 1 on a green background, otherwise, il will display a 0 on a grey background.

The essence injection will only be functioning if the hammam is in action.

 

Ventilation button:

This button manages the ventilation. It can be:

ON: the ventilation est unconditionaly active. In this case, the box closed to the button will display a 1 on a light green background.

bullet

OFF: no ventilation. In this case, the box closed to the button will display a 0 on a red background.

bullet

AUTO: automatic ventilation as defined in the config parameters. In this case, the box closed to the button will display a A on a dark blue background.

If the ventilation is realy on, the next box will display a 1 on a green background, otherwise, il will display a 0 on a grey background.

The essence injection in AUTO mode will be functioning if the hammam is in action and during the ventilation post on time as defined in the config parameters.

 

Light button:

This button manages the light. It can be:

ON: the light in unconditionaly active.  In this case, the box closed to the button will display a 1 on a light green background and an intense white light is generated. The light color can be modified in pressing on the Color button.

OFF: no light. In this case, the box closed to the button will display a 0 on a red background.

bullet

AUTO: automatic light as defined in the config parameters. In this case, the box closed to the button will display a A on a dark blue background.

If the light is realy on, the next box  will display a 1 on a green background, otherwise, il will display a 0 on a grey background.

The light in AUTO mode will be functioning if the hammam is in action and during the ventilation post on time as defined in the config parameters in generating an intense white light, indicating to the users that it is time to leave he hammam.

 

Color button:

In association with the light button, this button manages the light color.

Pressing on that button, a new display appears:

 

The actual choice is flashing and we can modify the light color:

One of the 12 lighttherapy colors or the white with the same intensity or an intense white (3x intensity) or black. In this case the box closed to the button will display the choosen color.

Automatic rotation : the automatic rotation of the 12 colors of the lighttherapy. The time for each color is defined in the config menu. The color change is smooth, in 3 seconds. The color sequence is random.  In this case, the box closed to the button will display a A on a dark blue background. The config menu allows to add the personal color and the Fibonacci sequence to the color rotation sequence.

Fibonacci: faster and faster cw change of the 12 lighttherapy colors. The firs color is randomly choosen and is on for 15 seconds. Then the color rotation accelerates following the Fibonacci sequence and stabilizes at 250us per color (4k colors per second).  In this case the box closed to the button will display Fib on a dark blue background.

Personal (the button with the 3 brushes): a new display appears:

           

 

It is possible to define our own color either in moving the cursors or in pressing on the percentage buttons and modifying them.

The big spot in the lower left corner shows the generated color which is also generated in the hammam. In this case the box closed to the button will display P on a dark blue background.

The next box will display the real generated color, except for Fibonacci where it will display Fib on a dark blue background.

 

Fountain button:

This button manages the fountain. It can be:

ON: fountain unconditionaly on. In this case, the box closed to the button will display a 1 on a light green background.

bullet

OFF: no fountain. In this case, the box closed to the button will display a 0 on a red background.

bullet

AUTO: automatic fountain. In this case, the box closed to the button will display a A on a dark blue background.

If the fountain is realy on, the next box  will display a 1 on a green background, otherwise, il will display a 0 on a grey background.

The fountain will only be functioning if the hammam is in action.

 

Music button:

This button manages the fountain. It can be:

ON: music unconditionaly on. In this case, the box closed to the button will display a 1 on a light green background.

bullet

OFF: no music. In this case, the box closed to the button will display a 0 on a red background.

bullet

AUTO: automatic music. In this case, the box closed to the button will display a A on a dark blue background.

If the music is realy on, the next box  will display a 1 on a green background, otherwise, il will display a 0 on a grey background.

The fountain will only be functioning if the hammam is in action.

 

AUTO button:

This button in the low center part of the display manages the hammam operation.

The small rectangular box just above it gives the real state of the hammam.

If it is functioning, it indicates the operating time of the hammam in hours:minutes on a green background,

bullet

If it is not functioning it display either 00:00 or the last operating time of the hammam on a grey background.

In AUTO mode, the hammam is only functioning if the actual time is in one of the time slots allocated to the current day of week.

 

 

2) MAN (on and off manually or depending of 2 time slots):

This mode has less possibilities than the AUTO mode.

The mode indicator box will display MAN on a light green background.

The user interface display shows:

 

In the MAN mode, if no time slot is defined, the hammam goes on as soon as the MAN mode is selected is stays on as long as it is not switched in OFF mode or as long as it has not been active for 12 hours.

Man 1 and/or Man 2 est are defined in pressing on the white boxes. If at least one time slot is defined the hammam will only turn on if the actual time is within the defined time slot(s).

Otherwise, everything is acting same as for the AUTO mode.

 

 

3) Remote (remote on and off command):

In this mode, the on-off action is controlled by a voltage-free contact, ie by the use of an OctoGSM.

The mode indicator box will display Remote on a light green background.

The user interface display shows:

 

In the Remote mode, the hammam goes on as soon as the Remote input is short-circuited and stays on as long as it is not released or as long as it has not been active for 12 hours.

There are no time slots available in Remote mode.

Otherwise, everything is acting same as for the MAN mode.

 

 

4) OFF (déclenchement):

In the OFF mode, the hammam is stopped.

The mode indicator box will display OFF on a red background.

The user interface display shows:

 

When the hammam enters the OFF mode after having been ON, the light and the ventilation become ON during the ventilation post on time as defined in the configuration.

 

 

Les Alarmes:

3 alarms are implemented:

bullet

ALARME(panic button located in the hammam),

bullet

WATER LEVEL (when there is no water left in the steam generator),

bullet

12 HOURS AUTO OFF (in MAN or Remote modes, the hammam automatically stops after 12 hours on).

The first 2 alarms are available on voltage-free contacts, allowing to transmit them, ie with an OctoGSM.

When an alarm occurs, the hammam in turned OFF, one message blinks on the display and the problem must be solved before using the hammam again:

ALARM: solve the problem, release the panic button and choose a mode for the hammam.

bullet

WATER LEVEL: solve the lack of water in the steam generator and choose a mode for the hammam.

bullet

12 HOURS AUTO OFF: choose a mode for the hammam.
