General description

The TS06-U allows you to switch on or off a device depending of a remote measured temperature.

Configurable 230V/5A relay cycle and hysteresis.

Configuration with the USB with a windows based software.

The temperature measurement 

The temperature measurement is done with a digital sensor communicating with the TS06U.

The sensor can be wired with more than 100m without loss of precision due to the digital nature of the dialog between the sensors and the TS06U.

Compatible with all our program temperature sensors (based on DS18B20 or on Pt1000).

The sensor is connected to the TS06-U on 2 screw connectors.

The relay

The TS06-U has an internal 230V/5A relay. The 3 points (C, NO and NC) are available on screw connectors.

Power supply

The TS06-U is powered by a 8 to 35V DC voltage on 2 screw connectors.

Configuration

The TS06-U is configured with an USB connection and a windows based software.

The configurable parameters are:

- The relay polarity (relay acts under or over a temperature)

- The hysteresis cycle.

During the connection, the PC screen shows permanently the TS06-U as well as the temperature and the sensor status.

The parameters are saved in the non-volatile memory of the TS06-U.
